We had our sun- spring picnic every spring when is the first warm weathers and sun is shining. We said welcome to spring and sun after long, cold, dark winter. This year winter was just like that. Long, cold, dark and long. Very snowy. We had our picnics eather on our terrace like last year, or our balcony. Our balcony was so light and warm, so we could had our sun welcoming party there april back then. Even when outside was too cold to had picnic.

Our picnic place in this spring was outside in the forest. Isokari. You can walk there at wooden corridor which end has view to the sea. Its very beautiful place.. there is water, big rocks, wooden table on the forest, where you can make a campfire on there where we had our picnic. Picnic day was warm and sunny, the best day so far.
Our picnic- team was Kroisos the chihuahua dog, my kids and my sister Carola.
I make for our picnic Smoothie- cake. Okey, tried to make. Of course it doesnt was anything i planned. Smoothie cake supposed to be vegan, and it had to congeal and without gelatine. I used Agar agar- vegan jellying powder, but i cant use it very well. Last time any cake had congeal well, was at april my sons 2- year old birthday cake. That cake didnt go drain along the tables.
When the cake is not what i want it to be, i put it in the picnic cans. however, you can eat it. So, the picnic cans had smoothie cake. Our other picnic foods was bananas, biscuits, ice tea, strawberries, raspberries and grapes, and salt snacks was chili bean vegan chips.

Lets hope that summer 2021 would be warm and sunny. đź’›
